What happens on fitting day
One visit, any carpentry included, and your old lock handed back to you.
A home lock goes in during a single visit. Our own team fits it, any carpentry the door needs is included, and your old lock is handed back to you rather than taken away.
You should expect to be shown how to add and remove a user before the team leaves, and to have at least one method working that does not depend on your phone.
Keep the emergency keys somewhere that is not inside the door they open. Looking after them is the owner’s responsibility under the warranty.
