How a hotel installation runs
Our own team, floor by floor so no room goes off-sale, and the front desk trained before we leave.
Installations are done by our own team, not a contractor found nearby. In a hotel that matters more than anywhere else, because the cost of a bad installation is not the lock β it is the rooms you cannot sell while it is being fixed.
- We survey the doors and agree a sequence with you.
- We work floor by floor, so no floor goes off-sale at once.
- Each lock is fitted, tested and handed over before we move on.
- We train the front desk before we leave, including issuing and cancelling a card.
If the property runs Ovlox HMS, key cards are issued as part of checking a guest in β not as a second job on a second screen. See the HMS topics.
