We look at the door first
A survey of the actual door — material, thickness, handing and the existing mortice — before anything is recommended. It is how we avoid selling you a lock that will not fit.

Fitted by our own team
One visit. Any carpentry the door needs is included rather than quoted as an extra, and your old lock is handed back to you instead of disappearing into a toolbox.
Step 2 of 4 - Before we leave
Everyone is shown how it works
The household is enrolled and shown the app, the PIN and the key override. In a hotel, the front desk is trained on issuing and cancelling a card before we leave the property.
Step 3 of 4 - Afterwards
The part nobody reads until they need it
AMC cover, service visits and a support ladder with names on it — so when something goes wrong you reach a person, not a form that never gets answered.

FAQs
Do you install the locks yourselves?
Yes — our own team, not a contractor we found nearby. A home lock goes in during one visit with any carpentry included and your old lock handed back to you. In a hotel we work floor by floor so no room goes off-sale, and we train the front desk before we leave.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because the honest number depends on the door and the property — the lock, the fitting, how many doors, what is already on them. A list price would be wrong for most buyers, so we quote instead. Tell us the door or the property and you get a real figure.
Do you service my city?
Our service network covers 25+ states, and it is not limited to the cities we sell in. If you are outside it we will say so rather than take the order and work it out later.
What happens if something goes wrong after installation?
Raise a ticket and you get a reference number. Expect a reply within 24-48 hours. If that does not happen, the people to escalate to are named on this site with their numbers — a sales manager, a support manager, and the head of all departments above them. No ticket disappears into a queue nobody owns.
Do you offer an AMC?
Yes, in terms of one, three, six and twelve months, covering service visits, preventive maintenance, priority support and a discount on spare parts. What it costs depends on the property and the number of locks, so the AMC form asks for both before anyone quotes.
Will the locks work with our hotel software?
They work with ours. Ovlox HMS runs reservations, rooms, guests, billing, restaurant and housekeeping, and it talks to the locks on the doors — so issuing a key card is part of checking someone in rather than a second job on a second screen.
